Shipping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
You will get a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery. Delivery will take 2 to 10 business days after your product ships from our warehouse.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently offer shipping in the United States, thank you for your understanding.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Because your submitted purchase is instantly delivered to our warehouse for delivery, we are unable to make adjustments to it. If your shipment is not delivered successfully, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be issued to your payment method.
Can I have my order delivered to an address that is different than my home?
During the checkout process, you can provide a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please ensure that you or a representative is accessible to collect the delivery.
Do I need to be at home to receive the product?
Zadez needs our couriers to get a legitimate proof of delivery in order to assure the safe delivery of your items. Zadez advises that your package be received by you or an approved third party.

PayPal and Visa® are all approved payment methods.
Our servers encrypt all information sent to them, so you can rest assured that your credit card information is protected.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States, thank you for your understanding.
Should I use spaces or dashes entering the credit/debit card number?
No, put your credit/debit card number exactly as it appears on your card, with no spaces or unusual characters. It should be entered in the form of a continuous string of integers.
