Overview

  • Products that were purchased on Zades.us, customers have 30 days from the time they received their Products from Zadez to return them for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in their original condition.
  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • If you want to request a refund, please send an email to support@zadez.com with your order ID in the subject line. A sales representative will contact you to tell you about your return eligibility and any additional action that needs to be taken. You may then enter your RMA number in the email address that was provided to you. The number (RMA) must be noted on the product's packaging when the package is shipped to us.
  • Returns are not considered lost or damaged in transit, Zadez is not responsible for this case.
  • With shipping cost:

For returns that are for damaged or defective product, we will pay for the return shipping.

For all other returns, we will provide a traceable method to return the product.
